1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Our Services

Top Massage Bali provides mobile massage and wellness services in Bali, Indonesia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Foot Reflexology
• Body Scrub Treatments
• Pregnancy Massage

All services are provided at the client’s location (villa, hotel, or other accommodation) within our service areas in Bali.

3. Booking & Appointments

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team. We will confirm the date, time, service type, location, and any special requirements.

3.3 Advance Booking

We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance for same-day appointments. For peak times and special requests, booking 1–2 days ahead is advisable.

3.4 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and location details. Incorrect information may result in delays or inability to provide service.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 2 hours before: Free cancellation, no charge
• Less than 2 hours before: May be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-show: Full service fee may be charged

4.2 Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

4.3 Company Cancellation

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to therapist illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund if applicable.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI)
• Digital Wallets (GoPay, OVO – upon request)

5.2 Payment Timing

Payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For certain bookings (large groups, special events), a deposit may be required.

5.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices may vary based on service type, duration, and location. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5.4 Gratuities

Tips are not included in our prices and are at your discretion. Gratuities are appreciated for excellent service and go directly to the therapist.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the massage
• Ensure adequate lighting and ventilation
• Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session
• Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism
• Not request or engage in any inappropriate behavior
• Be present and ready at the scheduled appointment time
• Ensure pets are secured during the session if applicable

7. Health & Safety

7.1 Health Disclosure

You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session, including but not limited to:

• Heart conditions or high blood pressure
• Skin conditions or allergies
• Recent surgeries or injuries
• Pregnancy (please specify trimester)
• Infectious diseases
• Any condition that may be affected by massage

7.2 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• The client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• The client engages in inappropriate behavior
• The environment is deemed unsafe for our therapist
• There are undisclosed health conditions that contraindicate massage

7.3 Professional Boundaries

Our services are strictly professional therapeutic massage. Any request for services of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Top Massage Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries not disclosed prior to treatment
• Clients receive massage services at their own risk

We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy if you have any medical concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Top Massage Bali and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other clients, therapists, or our business

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
